Chase the Ball – when you see the ball in mid-flight, you should try to chase it aggressively into the ring in case the shot is missed.
Get Into Position – if you are able to establish a good position in case the shot is missed, it is likely that you will be able to get a good rebounding opportunity. This makes having a good judgment on where the ball will bounce off to critical to be able to establish the right rebounding position.

After having perfected your shooting accuracy and the strength it takes to make the shot, try making the 3-point shot from different sides of the court. If you are able to make at least 6 out of 10 3-point shots, you will likely be an asset to your team and a threat to your opponents. This mean you will be defended from whenever you have possession of the ball. In this case, you need to practice making your 3-point shots when being defended. If you practice getting enough separation from your defender and be able to execute your shot accurately, you will without doubt be an explosive scorer for your team.

The first Standard Decks for MTG cards is known as the Aggro Deck. Aggro is the short term for “aggressive”. Decks that belong to this category have attributes of being aggressive. The second decks are known as Control Decks which are actually unique because they slow the game down through the execution of an attrition plan. This is completely the opposite of the Aggro Decks as they avoid too much racing. In many cases, Control Decks typically take advantage of their slower yet powerful cards in bringing down the opponent’s cards. They usually do that in four methods: they can wipe out threats at limited cost; they may not play threats to be answered; they can interrupt synergies; and they can also drag the game to surpass your opponent.
Examples of Control Decks include Tezzeret which utilizes cards like Dark Confidant and Mana Drain. Another deck called Mono Blue Control uses counterspells with cards like Echoing Truth, Thirst for Knowledge, etc. Other Control Decks include Psychatog, Astral Slide, Blue White, etc.
The third decks are called Combo Decks which utilizes the combination of 2 or more cards that can create powerful effects which can create favorable situations, thus will lead you to winning the game. Combo decks have power, speed and consistency. You can have great chances of winning with these decks.
Examples of Combo Decks include Perfect Storm which utilizes cards such as Tendrils of Agony, Dark Ritual, Duress and Force of Will. Another Combo Deck called Painter Combo utilizes cards like Red Elemental Blast, Grindstone and Painter’s Servant. Other Combo Decks include Belcher Combo, Flash, Worldgorger Dragon Combo, etc.
